A new app in the app store allows you to discover what apps people around you are using. App Map sends you information about what people in your location use on their iOS device. It does not send you a list of every single app, rather it shows you the most popular one.
For example if you where to give the app permission to use your location, lets say your office. It will gather the most popular apps of the people’s iOS devices around you–which can give you a general idea of your co-workers favourite apps maybe?
The app developers claim the app does not take or use any of your private data. You can view & download it on iTunes
