This is a pretty funny video, and why you shouldn’t be a total perv with total strangers. Basically the tool in the video, though he was going to have fun with a hot girl, so he starts playing with his little leg, and yes he is dumb enough to show his face–only to have it broadcasted to a crowd of people.
I don’t know if there was really a crowd or it was just to embarrass the guy–either way it is really funny.
