You probably heard Digg was sold recently to the Washington Post and Betaworks for a reported $500,000- how far the once mighty social news site has fallen.
Now, it is back with yet another redesign, the only difference being that this design is actually good. With a more prominent social integration and Pinterest inspired Grid format. Digg could be back for a resurrection. Will Digg get back to where it once was? probably not–but it could still hold value by trying something new and it is doing just that.
What I love about the new Digg so far is the design and user interface. What I do not like is that I can’t search by category or at least I can’t find it; which is no good.
